To admit our growth needs directly and honestly, and to be sensitive to the needs of others.

To be able to deny sympathy to any self-defeating activity in ourselves and others.

To experience nature, our bodies, the earth and the cosmos, as a whole in our senses.

To be autonomous in the direction of our energies and choice of goals.

To be able to return our energies to rest and stillness when necessary.

To touch and be touched with tenderness and reverence.

To give of ourselves in love, and take from others, without usage.

To care and share with others, but make no demands on them.

To respond to the rhythms of their interaction spontaneously.

To have sufficient food, clothing and shelter without strain.

To be aware of avoidance of others, and of difficulty.

To have work we have to do, and adequate reward.

To have some experience of transcendence.

To accept responsibility for the effects we suffer.

To know the meaning of growth and potential.

To have good health, and a responsive body.

To know the full gamut of human loving.

To have clarity rather than confusion.

To have many friends, but no enmity.

To find the secret purpose of desire.

To be strong and beautiful.

To be a whole person.

To be at peace, yet passionate.

To be free of anxiety and fear.

To be aware of being wholly loved.

To understand the mutual service of needs is the stuff of the human situation, but

if needs grow by satiation and there is no growth, further satisfaction must be denied.

To be free to do and be anything and everything that is good and necessary for the activation of our potential.

To structure our lives and environment in an orderly manner, so that there is experience and demonstration of beauty.
